Candle Exchange Program

With this program you would return your empty candle jar and exchange it for a new candle in any scent you like. We will clean and recycle the jar. This offers bigger discounts to returning customers, and acts as a loyalty program. If you buy more then you save more. This also saves us money by not having to waste new jars for candle batch testing, by using old jars instead. We are also able to repurpose the jars into flameless candles for resale. In order to exchange your old candle for a new one, your jar must meet the following requirements:

- You must bring your jar into the store to exchange.

- Glass must be free of any cracks, chips, or obvious imperfections.

- We can only exchange our signature 6.8oz black oval glass candles at this time. 

- Main label with logo must be in place and legible.

- We must be able to confirm a past candle purchase on file by name, payment, or email look up if the main label is not legible. 

- This program will be available to candles purchased at The What Knot Shoppe as well.
