Need a new way to celebrate your child's birthday?
We can host child birthday parties in groups of twelve or less. Ages limited to those who are 8 to 12, and must have a parent chaperone present day of class.
Waivers will need to be completed before event day for all participants. Please schedule your event at least 90 days before event, but the more time allowed the better. The price of this ticket is for the nonrefundable event deposit. The remaining event balance, if any, will need to be paid 7 buisness days prior to the event. The deposit includes the cost for supplies for up to 12 participants. No part of the deposit will be refunded for less than 12 participants for any reason, including individual participant cancelations or no shows. Please provide a guest list of participants 60 days prior to the event so that custom labels can be made and ordered in time for the event.
Standard Event Time: Two Hours
Price Per Additional Hour: $50
Price Per Additional Participant: $20 (plus cost to rent larger space, subject to availability)
Food and drinks are the responsibility of the customer at this time. Space is limited for such items. Please contact us for any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate. An event contract outlining these terms will be emailed to the customer and will need to be signed and returned after deposit purchase. The deposit will be returned and the event removed from our schedule if the contract is not signed and returned within 7 business days.
Hemp Wick Candles reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events for any reason, but will do their due diligence to refund or reschedule events if they must cancel because of unforeseen circumstances.
