Flameless Candle Refill Program

Coming summer of 2023!

With this program you would return your empty candle jar and we will refill your flameless candle for you. Online only customers please email us at info@hempwickcandle.com for details on how to order.

In order to refill, your jar must meet the following requirements:

- The refill will be the original scent you purchased and listed on the main label. 

- You must bring your jar into the store to refill if you live within 30 miles of our store. 

- Glass must be free of any cracks, chips, or obvious imperfections or damage.

- We can only refill our signature black oval glass candles at this time. 

- Main label with logo must be in place, undamaged, and legible. An upcharge for a new label will apply if the label does not meet this description. 

- Candles will be available for pick up next business day. Please allow candle to sit in its box unopened an additional 3 days for minimum cure time. 

In purchasing from this refill program, you agree that Hemp Wick Candles LLC, it's suppliers, employees, volunteers, or other affiliates are not responsible for any injury, property damage, death, dismemberment, or other financial loss incurred by product.
