VIP Customer Membership

The price shown is an annual fee due every January. It does not auto renew. You can renew earlier in November or December of the previous year. No additional purchases required to receive the benefits.

 Membership Eligibility and Benefits

- Anyone who spends $150 or more in store or online November of the prior year through October of the membership year is automatically enrolled through the end of the benefit year, and Does Not need to pay the subscription fee. We will send you an email. Email must be on file. If you do not have your email on file, contact us at info@hempwickcandle.com.

- The $100 subscription option is to ensure a full January to December membership for the current year. The subscription is due annually on January 1st. Subscription is not prorated if purchased after January 1st, and will end December 31st of the same year. 

- Members will receive a digital membership card annually. Save the email, you will need to present the membership card and picture ID for events. 

- Members get one free wax melt per quarter. See below for online members. 

- If member's prefer candles instead of melts, then they can pick one regular priced candle ($28) for 50% off per quarter. See below for online purchase info. 

- Exclusive member's only discount code of 10% off on all additional purchases throughout the year. Use code VIP10. Code will only work for verified members. Verification is automatic in system. 

- Free shipping on all online purchases when you use code VIPSHIP23. Code will only work for verified members. Verification is automatic in system. No minimum spend for free shipping! 

- Exclusive Black Friday discounts a week early! Discounts announced to members in October. 

- Free or discounted classes. Details announced throughout the year.

- Member only newsletter with early access to new products. 

- Membership can be canceled anytime, but is not refundable. You will keep your benefits through the end of the year if you paid for the subscription. 

- Membership cannot be shared among friends or family. 

- Membership discounts cannot be combined with other store discounts unless where specified. 

Online Only Customers 

- If ordering a membership subscription online, you may enter Discount Code: VIPCANDLE23 for your 50% off 4 candles or Discount Code: VIPMELT23 for your 4 free melts. Please note that these codes must be used with a membership purchase and are limited to one use per customer per order per year. Codes will not work otherwise.
