Holiday Vendor Pop Up Fee

Taking applications August 1st to September 30th. Full fee must be paid upfront. Items must be placed in store on October 1st and sold through December 31st. Items can be picked up the first business day the store is open after New Years unless other arrangements are made.

Some Additional Info:

- Vendors will get to use one shelf, or a small portion of floor space for larger items. Two shelves may be permitted if the minimum amount of vendors apply. Minimum availability is 14 shelf vendors and 12 floor vendors. Max allowed vendors is 28 shelf vendors and 12 floor vendors.

- Vendors cannot have competing products. Products must be approved by Hemp Wick Candles staff before being placed in the store.

- Vendors set their own product pricing and sales. 

- Vendors are responsible for keeping track of their own inventory and displays. 

- Vendors keep 100% of product sales, minus sales tax.

- Hemp Wick Candles LLC will cover credit card fees. 

- Vendors will be paid by PayPal. PayPal deposits will be deposited by the 10th of the month. This is to align with our electronic bookkeeping. 

- Hemp Wick Candles will market Vendors, and their products across social media. 

- All displays must be approved by Hemp Wick Candles LLC first. 

No direct sales or MLM's are permitted. There are no refunds on the fee. Email us or come into the store to view space and sign contract before paying fee.
