Private Events - Mobile Parties

We are now offering mobile parties for candle making! Sit back and relax and we will bring everything you need for a fun candle making party! Mobile parties are great for team building exercises, bachelorette parties, birthdays, retirement parties, etc. Some candle parties can be customized by theme. Contact us for more details.

Mobile parties are currently only available on Sundays, and only offered to local businesses, nonprofits, and individuals who are utilizing an event venue at this time. Due to insurance purposes, we cannot offer residential home parties.

Mobile parties cannot be booked on the following Blackout Dates:

Holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday Weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or on New Year's Day. 

2024: July 6th, July 14th, July 21st, July 28th, August 4th, August 11th, and August 18th. 

Additional dates may be added throughout the year. Check calendar for availability. 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book and covers the cost of supplies. Deposits and/or final payments will not be refunded due to cancellations by the customer. Parties must be booked no later than 60 days in advance. If Hemp Wick Candles must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternate date or refund your deposit and/or final payment if you decide not to reschedule. Unforeseen circumstances only include a family emergency or due to equipment malfunction. If Hemp Wick Candles must reschedule your event due to weather or natural disaster, an alternate date will be scheduled. The deposit will not be refunded due to supply costs under these circumstances if you decide not to reschedule. If we experience bad weather or a natural disaster the day of your event, and you decide not to reschedule, and you have made your final payment, the final payment will be refunded to you, but your deposit will not be due to supply costs. Final payment is due 10 business days prior to your event. We will send a final invoice. Nonprofits receive a 10% discount off their fee. Please email us before booking to receive your discount. 

Please contact us for a quote for a private event with over 100 participants. 

For mobile parties, we must have access to a 110v electrical outlet, hot, and cold water, and tables for equipment. Price includes time to set up and break down of our equipment, staff breaks, and the actual event. Hours listed are average times, and schedules will be worked out after booking with each individual customer.

Examples of event venues include churches, community centers, community rooms, banquet halls, etc. We must have proof of your venue booking emailed to us within 10 business days of your event. Failure to book a venue for your event will result in a cancelled booking and your deposit will not be refunded. Prices shown do not include food, decorations, the venue, or other party items. We are unable to accommodate outside venues. 

Mobile parties are only available to venues within 30 miles of Hemp Wick Candles.
