Would you like to host something different for your private event? We can help! We offer private party events. You supply the attendees, food, drinks, and decorations, and we will supply the ingredients to make a unique take home gift. Contact us for further info on additional customization! Pricing listed is the total amount for the space, two hours of event time, and the maker experience. There are additional costs for special needs or requests, and are determined on a case-by-case basis. For questions and date availability, please email us at info@hempwickcandle.com to book.
Events must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance, but 30 days in advance is suggested during peak times (Summer and Holidays). Deposits are non-refundable due to supply costs. The remaining balance is due upon your arrival. Events will not start until final payment is made. Please arrive on time for your scheduled event. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled event, your event will need to be rescheduled or cancelled. If you reschedule your event, your deposit will carry over to your new booking time and date. If you cancel, or no show, your deposit will not be refunded.
Maker Experience Options:
Candles, Wax Melts, or Soap (Minimum 5 Participants - Up to 8 Participants) - Includes some personalization. Additional costs for some requests.
Carved Candles (3 Colors) (Minimum 3 Participants - Up to 6 Participants). Please be advised that Carved Candles take longer than regular classes (3 hours for 6 people). All carved candle parties include mini 7in carved candles.
The large carved candle option is a 6 hour booking for adults only. It does not include set up or clean up. Select the all day option if you need extra time.
Please choose the price based on the size and type of your party. If you would like to book a full day please select the all day option. The all day option is up to 16 Participants with any selection. It includes an 8 hour booking and we will provide the clean up. You will have 1 hour prior to your event time to set up. It's perfect for bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, baby showers, and holiday parties. Please put your desired product to make in the order notes. Email us with any questions you have. Customization available, but depending on request price could increase.
BYOB and food is permitted for private events.
We typically do not host any private events in December due to the busy holiday shopping season. If you need to book a holiday party in December, please contact us 3 months prior to your event date to discuss booking. Costs may be higher depending on date requested. Holiday party bookings are a first come first serve basis. We do not offer Christmas Eve or New Years Eve parties at this time.
